  • Description
      This medicine is a synthetic adrenocortical steroid. Through vasoconstrictive and anti-inflammatory effects, it relieves inflammatory symptoms of the skin.
      It is usually used for the treatment of eczema and dermatitis, prurigo, insect bites, psoriasis, and palmoplantar pustulosis.
  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine is a synthetic adrenocortical steroid. Through vasoconstrictive and anti-inflammatory effects, it relieves inflammatory symptoms of the skin.
      It is usually used for the treatment of eczema and dermatitis, prurigo, insect bites, psoriasis, and palmoplantar pustulosis.
  • Usage/Dosage

      In general, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area once to several times daily. The dosage should be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
      Avoid contact with the eyes. If the medicine accidentally gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If discomfort persists, consult an ophthalmologist.
      Long-term or excessive use, or the use of occlusive dressing (ODT), may increase the likelihood of side effects. Diapers may act in the same way as occlusive dressing, so special caution is required.
      If you miss an application, apply one dose as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for the next application, skip the missed dose and continue as directed. Do not apply two doses at the same time.
      If you accidentally apply an excessive amount, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not discontinue use on your own without your doctor’s instructions.
  • Cautions
      The following patients may need to be careful when using this medicine.
      Be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist.
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
      If you have bacterial, fungal, or viral skin infections; parasitic skin diseases (such as scabies or pubic lice); eczematous otitis externa; ulcers; burns; or frostbite.
      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

      Precautions while taking this medicine
      Do not use under makeup or immediately after shaving.

      Storage conditions and other information
      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include skin infections (fungal, bacterial, or viral), irritation, and erythema (redness). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
      Sensitivity to light or blurred vision, dry eyes, eye pain
      [Increased intraocular pressure]
      Severe eye pain, headache, sudden decrease in vision
      [Glaucoma]
      Excessive glare, hazy vision, decreased visual acuity
      [Cataract]
