It is usually used to improve carnitine deficiency.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, take 15 to 30 mL (1.5 to 3 g of active ingredient) daily, in 3 divided doses. For children, take 0.25 to 1 mL (25 to 100 mg of active ingredient)/kg of body weight daily, in 3 divided doses. The dosage may be adjusted according to your symptoms. This preparation contains 5 mL (500 mg of active ingredient) in a sachet. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
