  • Description
      This medicine has vasodilatory effects on both peripheral and coronary arteries to increase blood flow. These effects improve the transport of both oxygen and nutrition into cardiac cells and reduce systemic vascular resistance, arterial pressure and workload in the heart.
      It is usually used for the treatment of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction (excluding the acute phase), and other ischemic heart disease. It is not used for the acute relief of angina pectoris.

  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine has vasodilatory effects on both peripheral and coronary arteries to increase blood flow. These effects improve the transport of both oxygen and nutrition into cardiac cells and reduce systemic vascular resistance, arterial pressure and workload in the heart.
      It is usually used for the treatment of angina pectoris, myocardial infarction (excluding the acute phase), and other ischemic heart disease. It is not used for the acute relief of angina pectoris.
  • Usage/Dosage
      In general, for adults, apply 1 sheet (40 mg of the active ingredient) at a time to the chest, upper abdominal area, or back. Replace with a new sheet every 24 or 48 hours after application, as instructed by your doctor. The dose may be adjusted depending on symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
      Do not apply the tape to areas of wound or eczema.
      Wipe sweat off the application site before applying the tape.
      If you continue applying to the same place, it may cause itch, redness or dermatitis. Apply the new tape to the different place of previous application.
      If you miss changing the tape, replace the new tape as soon as possible and replace as usual at 24- or 48-hour intervals as instructed by your doctor. You should never use two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicines or foods.
      If you have hypotension, cardiogenic shock, angle-closure glaucoma, head trauma, cerebral hemorrhage, or anemia.
      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
      Pay attention that drinking may enhance your sensitivity to the vasodilatory effect and cause hypotension.
      This medicine may impair your attentiveness, concentration and/or reflexes movement performance due to adverse reactions such as headache. If you feel these symptoms, avoid operating a motor vehicle or machinery.

      Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them. If you do not know how to dispose of them, consult with your dispensing pharmacy or medical institution. Do not give this medicine to others.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include skin irritation, redness, itch, rash, headache and hypotension. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
