This medicine decreases histamine in the nasal mucosa and shows anti-inflammatory effect and antiallergenic property. It consequently improves nasal symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose and nasal congestion.
It is usually used in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.

Usage/Dosage

For adults: In general, spray twice into each nostril, 4 times (110 mcg of the active ingredient) in total at a time, once a day.
For children: In general, spray once into each nostril, 2 times (55 mcg of the active ingredient) in total at a time, once a day.
In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
Shake the bottle vertically before using.
Do not hold the container upside down when using.
Never use a pin to prick the tip of the nozzle. It will damage the nozzle and the spray would not work.
If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never apply two doses at one time.
If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop applyng this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you are a patient with infections, deep mycosis, nasopharyngeal infection or repetitive nasal bleeding.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nasal bleeding, nasal discomfort and dysphonia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
Respiratory distress, generalized flushing, swelling of the eyelid/lips/tong/throat [anaphylactic reaction]
