  • Description
      This medicine prevents blood coagulation, expands blood vessels and improves blood flow by inhibiting cAMP-PDE activity in platelets and vascular smooth muscles.
      It is usually used to improve various ischemic symptoms such as ulcer, pain and coldness associated with chronic arterial occlusion, and to prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction (except cardioembolic stroke).

  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine prevents blood coagulation, expands blood vessels and improves blood flow by inhibiting cAMP-PDE activity in platelets and vascular smooth muscles.
      It is usually used to improve various ischemic symptoms such as ulcer, pain and coldness associated with chronic arterial occlusion, and to prevent recurrence of cerebral infarction (except cardioembolic stroke).

  • Usage/Dosage
      In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day. However, the dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
      If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
      If you have bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, intracranial bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding, bleeding of urinary tract, hemoptysis, vitreous bleeding, etc.), or congestive heart failure.
      If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or possibly pregnant.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

      Avoid taking grapefruit juice with this medicine, since it may intensify medicinal effects.
      Once you start bleeding, it will not stop easily. If you have prolonged bleeding or serious injury, consult with your doctor immediately.
      If surgery or tooth extraction is scheduled, make sure to tell your doctor that you are taking this medicine.

      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, skin eruption, itch, hives, photosensitivity, erythema and headache/dull headache. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

      respiratory distress, acute precordial pressure, palpitation[congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, ventricular tachycardia]
      headache, nausea/vomiting, vomiting of blood/melena, reduced visual acuity[bleeding (intracranial bleeding such as brain bleeding, lung bleeding, gastrointestinal bleeding, nose bleeding, fundal bleeding)]
      nausea, pain in the pit of the stomach, tenderness[stomach/duodenal ulcer]
      general malaise, sore throat, bleeding tendency [pancytopenia , agranulocytosis, decreased platelets]
      fever, dry cough, respiratory distress[interstitial pneumonia]
      The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
