      This medicine is a cephem antibiotic and has an antibacterial effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.
      It is usually used for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections including the skin, respiratory organ, urinary tract, gynecology, dental and oral surgical infections, etc.

  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine is a cephem antibiotic and has an antibacterial effect by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis.
      It is usually used for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections including the skin, respiratory organ, urinary tract, gynecology, dental and oral surgical infections, etc.
  • Usage/Dosage
      In general, for adults, take 100 mg (titer) of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times daily after meals. For patients with refractory infections or those for whom the usual dosage is insufficient, take 150 mg (titer) of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times daily after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the disease, age and symptoms.This preparation contains 75 mg (titer) of the active ingredient in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions.
      If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, hives, itch, redness, erythema, swelling, fever, arthralgia, nausea and loss of appetite. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
      feeling unwell, intraoral abnormal feeling, dizziness [shock, anaphylactoid symptoms]
      sore throat, anaemia, bleeding tendency [agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia, hemolytic anemia]
      fever, erythema/bulla, bloodshot eyes [toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome, erythroderma (exfoliative dermatitis)]
      fever, dry cough, resipiratory distress [interstitial pneumonia, eosinophilic pneumonia]
      general malaise, loss of appetite, yellowness in the skin or in the white of eyes [fulminant hepatitis, hepatic function disorder, jaundice]
      The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
