This medicine shows antibacterial effects and improves symptoms by inhibiting growth of candida (a type of mold).
It is usually used to treat vaginitis and vulvovaginitis caused by candida.

Usage/Dosage

In general, insert 1 suppository (100 mg of the active ingredient) deep into the vagina at a time, once a day at the prescribed time, for 6 to 14 days. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is used by inserting into the vagina. You should not take it orally.
Wash your hands well before taking out the medicine from the package to insert.
If you miss a dose, insert the missed dose as soon as possible. Follow your regular dosing schedule from the next day. You should never use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines as well as other prescription medicines.)
Use of contraceptive products made of latex rubber (condoms, pessaries) while you are on this medicine may degrade the quality of these products and damage them. Avoid using contraceptive products made of latex rubber.
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight and moisture. Store in a cold place.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include hives, itching sensation and vaginal itch/redness/pain. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
