As you may aware, Japan Post has already resumed postal services to the United States.
Under the current policy, duties and taxes must be prepaid prior to postal shipment.
Accordingly, Japan Post has designated Zonos as the platform for shippers to prepay duties and taxes.

Since June 2026, we have been conducting a trial phase for shipments to the United States under the new policy.
The total order cost includes the product cost, EMS shipping fee (from USD 30), applicable duties, and Zonos processing fees (USD 5).
Pharmaceutical products classified under HTS Chapter 30 are currently duty-free when imported into the United States.

As we have limited experience shipping via Japan Post under these new requirements, we can accept orders only if you understand the potential risks involved and agree to assume full responsibility for the shipment.
Please ensure that you have reviewed all applicable U.S. import regulations and confirmed that the products purchased can be lawfully imported into the U.S. before proceeding.
We will not be liable for any customs-related issues, including delays, refusal of import, or confiscation by U.S. Customs.
