Temporary Suspension of International Mail Services to the United States

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States.

Under the current circumstances, we are unable to fulfill any shipments to the United States. This suspension is due to the recent announcement by Japan Post, following the U.S. government’s suspension of the “De Minimis” exemption policy. As a result, Japan Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of international mail items to the United States, effective Wednesday, August 27, 2025.

Accordingly, we have also suspended all shipments to the U.S. via our website.
The date for resuming shipments has not yet been determined. We will provide updates on our website as soon as more information becomes available.
