However, the contract between you and we shall not be completed until you receive the shipping notice (acceptance of your order) by e-mail regardless of the method of payment you chose or the method of shipment. 5.WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS If you find the items purchased from Natural Pharmacy are defective or different from your order for reasons attributable to Natural Pharmacy, Natural Pharmacy shall normally refund the portion of the sales price applicable thereto. Natural Pharmacy may also in its sole discretion send new alternative items to you. If you order outside Japan and import by an individual, Natural Pharmacy shall accept no refund nor exchange after the items arrive at the shipping place you designate in your order or after the inspection is completed. 6.RISK OF LOSS All items purchased from Natural Pharmacy are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
